A reported 81% of participants in a recent survey of Pennsylvania students worried about meeting course material costs, according to Affordable Learning PA and the Partnership for Academic Library Collection and Innovation.The survey, conducted over spring and fall 2023, received responses from over 4,000 students across 14 participating institutions, including Penn State.
