Open Educational Resources can be freely used in education. You can use them as a source of inspiration and adjust them to your needs or incorporate them into your course as they are. Open Educational Resources are any type of educational materials that are in the public domain or that come with an open license (Creative Commons license such as CC BY and CC BY-SA) and are also known as Open Digital Teaching Materials. Anyone can legally and freely copy, use, adapt and re-share these open teaching materials (See also this definition by UNESCO). In other words, any teacher is legally allowed to use (parts) of the Open Educational Resources in his/her own course or use them as an inspiration.
