The University of Tulsa announced that all books and class materials will be free to incoming students starting this fall. University officials say this is just one push in doing everything they can to set students up for success both during and after college. The textbooks and course materials will be free for freshman students, all other current students will have to pay $600. This initiative does not apply to graduate students.
