Philippines operator Globe Telecom has announced it will offer free access to the Department of Education’s (DepEd) new online learning platform called ‘DepEd Commons’. Teachers and students under community quarantine can now visit the DepEd Commons platform without incurring data charges on their Globe or TM-powered smartphones.
