Fargo Rep. working to expand open resources in ND colleges - KFYR TV

Open education resources have saved North Dakota students millions since 2015. Rep. Thomas Beadle, R-Fargo, says he will be leading the charge to expand OERs. The state spent $110,000 in 2015 and $150,000 in 2017 sessions for OERs.
